California Dreaming

Today was the first really cold day this Autumn. By cold, I mean that with a fairly light blazer, tights and a cotton scarf over my work clothes I was decidedly shivery. I was walking to the salon and knew I'd be going through this park and totally expected to see brown trees. Actually they were still green, but that won't last long.

My head is full of California. If fortune shines on us over the next couple of months we will hopefully spend 3 weeks or so next summer driving up and down the west coast. I'm not letting myself get into planning mode. Not yet. But if it happens it will be awesome...
