SCHOOL OF ORIENTAL & AFRICAN STUDIES

I am on a four day course at SOAS - it is GREAT being a student again (even if it is just for a short time). But SO MUCH has changed since I was a student - back in the late 1980s (!) Then, we had to hang on to every word from the lecturer, taking copious notes with pen and paper...

Now, the Power Point presentations will be sent to us on DVDs after the course is over! Thank goodness for new technology!!!
