Progress?!

This morning I walked up to see what was finished yesterday but I couldn't really tell what had been done after driving over it for the past couple of days. I think a lot of scraping and leveling as I see some measuring is now going on. Workers don't start until 9am to let the busy morning traffic clear. There's never been a traffic light in town at the bottom of the hill as there are no intersections only side roads.
