Another sea shot :) Well, at least you can tell I'm back in Aberystwyth!

Jeff's birthday today :) had a lovely lunch then walk along the beach and up the river. Knee was hurting a bit so weren't going too fast!* Quite late by the time we got back, so ended up getting a lovely takeaway from 'Light of Asia' and finishing watching Aladin!! :)
