Sunflower sprouts looking ready to eat
Always amazed how the black seeds transform into these vigorous green shoots. They are pretty substantial compared to most sprouted seeds and taste quite distinct, mild yet leafy.
I'll probably use them in a nori roll, or a bowl of miso soup.
