Shell Observation

I visited my granddaughters preschool today...an old school in Oregon city where there are so many historical houses and buildings. While walking down the hallway to her "Robin" classroom I noticed that at each OLD drinking fountain, they had turned them into little shell or rock displays!! Wow, what a superb way to bring nature into the school and introduce the little ones to the beauty outside!

The entire school is built around nature including the most amazing gardens outside which surround you on all sides including overhead...sunflowers and lots of vines that come together to form lovely hiding places. What a way to spend your day!!
