Storytime

So now I know how the elephant got his trunk. Or thought I did. Apparently it's, "just a story mom, sigh". Well she is almost six.

Quite a nice day really. Bit of this, bit of that and enough achieved to feel like a productive member of the family and small society. Will be aiming about the same tomorrow.

As with last year Thursday afternoon's involve a lot of hanging around between chess clubs and musical theatre. The nicest part of which is some one-on-one time with each of the kids. And one of them doesn't even mind being photographed.

So here she is.
