supper

it's been one of those days

the trouble with workign from home is that when something happens it impinges on you and severely reduces your ability to concentrate - never great in my case, it's a man thing, I can't multi-task.

I have cracked out a load of paperwork and paid a load of bills (some of which have been hanging over me rather) helped Ant and our friend Sam with moving a load of stuff from her flat to here and this is supper.

Cheese on the top and in the oven for twenty minutes while the rice cooks and done!
