Rain

... has left these drops behind on this Rhododendron. Stealing pictures from my downstairs neigbours' garden again. But since I have no garden of my own, I suppose this has to do.

Today I went to the blood bank to have a check up because I have not donated blood for over a year. I received a wonderful compliment today from the nurse who gave me my check up: He told me my blood pressure (140/80) and the amount of hemoglobin in my blood (9.8) was like that of a docker (bootwerker).
That did sound a bit strange to me since I have an office job but I think it was meant to say everything was ok... ;)

They also asked if I was going to donate blood right away, but I asked if I could come back for that next week because of the run this sunday. They did however tap three little tubes of blood to check for I don't know what exactly, just to make sure my blood is ok I suppose.
