Oooouuuuch!!!!!

Just a graze really but tonight I entered a football pitch for the first time in about 5 years. My fitness is not the best to say the least but loved every minute! Drew one all and misses a sitter at the end. Never mind it's a start. Naturally I will be playing on my 'injury' for a while...the wife will have to wait on me hand and foot during my recovery!!!!
