Bluebells

Yes, there are trees in Orkney! Just a few - this is in my friends' garden, they live in a lovely sheltered spot and at this time of the year their garden is full of bluebells.

It's a wonderful house, with a terrific sea view, an aga, the aforesaid sheltered garden, close to the post office and shop and it is for sale. Called in for a cup of coffee this morning and David had made scones and parkin! Don't think I want them to move . . . not far anyway!

Busy in the garden this afternoon. The tatties are up, the beans growing apace, just about all the seeds have germinated and it is starting to look like a proper vegetable garden. Really enjoy gardening, even hoeing the weeds is so satisfying.

I could spend all summer out there and would be quite happy . . . .
