Chinese National Day...

....is not until the 1st of October but the annual reception in Edinburgh held by the Consul General in the consulate was tonight. Here the First Minister listens to the Consul General in front of a wonderful banner , made especially for the occasion. The food was great too - as always for the Chinese are deeply interested in eating well as I discovered when in China last year.
