Belle and Emma

I went for a 90 minute Dog walk in glorious Bushy Park this morning with my dear friend Emma and her lovely dog Belle, it was such a pretty morning!

I lost 1lb at Weight Watchers 4lbs in total now!

Off to Volgorad in Russia tomorrow for the night ;-)
