4 weeks out from the British finals: Tarek Ayoubi

Spent today training with Tarek. As the title suggests, he is 4 weeks away from competing in the UKBFF National finals in Nottingham. We completed a morning cardio session at a local council gym before heading off to Physique Warehouse in Molesey for a shoulders and abs workout.

Tarek has been dieting for nearly 6 months now. His diet started at the same time as mine in preparation for the Kent Classic qualifier a few weeks back. He achieved first place in the Juniors category and received his invite to the finals. Tarek started competitive body building last year at the Stars of Tomorrow achieveing a 2nd place position in the Juniors category. A good record so far!
