All hands to the press

Today we pressed the last of our wines - Carignan & Cinsault. Here we're pushing down the squelchy grapes so that we can fit more into the press before we add the wood blocks. Once the press basket is full we ratchet heavy wooden blocks downwards to squeeze more wine out.
