Warm Night on the Grassmarket

A well known spot for a few drinks in the Old Town.

And a nice warm evening for September tonight.

Many people sitting out at the pavement tables.

Others walking by looking for a particular bar or friends.

No sign of Halle Berry though (see yesterday's blip) nor Tom Hanks (same reasons). Just everyday folks winding down on a Friday.

A couple of guys at the Black Bull called out that it looked like I was being creative with my tripod and everything. We chatted and they suggested I name this "Having a good time". Maybe that would be a better title.

For myself, the end of a tough week. I do still need to do some work over the weekend but at least many things were pulled together today so an evening walk and a cheeky glass of red.

Looking forward to Edinburgh's doors open day. Fingers crossed will get to see somewhere interesting over the next two days.
