Interesting day for physics

With the possibility of something moving faster than the speed of light, which is strictly verbotten by all current theories. I think the smart money is probably on some sort of systematic error, although having listen to the live web cast from Cern above, they worked very hard to remove all sources of error.

Anyway - if true - it raises lots of interesting questions - but I think most people in the field are going to wait for it to be validated.
