Galveston Phoenix

Today I'm working at making final preparations for a leadership meeting tomorrow for the women of my church. This is work I love. It is a joy to be of service to others!

As I drove to the church to make copies for tomorrow, the Galveston roundabout art just called to me. I'm not sure if this is called a phoenix, but to me that is what it looks like! I was happily taking pictures, when, to my surprise, the entire phoenix turned on its axis and faced the other way! It is a weather vane!
