Boys (of all ages) love trains: Brewery #7

The first of the new five-storey buildings is starting to take shape on the site of the old Eldridge Pope brewery in Dorchester. The metal frame went up a week or so ago.

Between the railway station and the old Victorian brewery building (visible in the right of the picture) will be a complex of homes, shops, businesses, restaurants, a cinema, a theatre and an open square. The camera has foreshortened the space - it's much bigger than it looks!

I've been trying to capture the open space and how it is changing as construction starts. The previous one in the Brewery series was taken from the footbridge over the railway, near where I took this from.
