Harvest

We stopped by the local National Trust Garden today to pick up almost the last of this summer's harvest. The bees had the same idea, bedding dahlias won't last much longer. Sadly, neither will the veg stall.

I so appreciate really fresh veg, can grow little on account of salt winds - and slugs.
