Cloud Illusions I recall!

After am bus rt. I had a massage on my legs and feet--deep tissue and it was great! Then off with the hooligans to a Duvall Dog park in the country (Duvall Washington)---one they love. Lots of fields and grass and even a river. It turned into an absolutely outstanding day. Blue sky and pop out clouds. Cowboy and Sadie ran and ran and took lots of water dips in the river. A couple juices and I was ready to face the hot yellow tin can for the pm run. Dealing with the residue of a nagging migraine and getting a head cold but that couldn't detract from such a gorgeous day! And besides...it's now the weekend!!! Must catch up on some commenting tomorrow...happy happy weekend .
