Dunes

This blurry through the rain photo is of Merthyr Mawr sand dunes from Ogmore by Sea. The dunes are used as a fitness exercise by rugby players and other sporty types and running up and down them is apparently a killer. I'm sure its all character building. They are the highest dunes in the UK and have been used as a location for Lawrence of Arabia and, you guessed it, Dr Who!
