Pre-40ft swing aka the nut-cracker.....

Day 1 of the Special Olympics residential trip down to hampshire. This shot is of my friend who was gearing up to go on a GIANT swing with me, literally 40ft high, then the instructors thought we were being too rigid so got us to do head shoulders knees and toes.......wasnt amused!

Would recommend it thought ; )
