Cardiff Bay

My husband and I spent a couple of hours in Cardiff Bay this afternoon, walking from Mermaid Quay across the Barrage to Penarth Marina, as we often do. We spotted this Viking-type boat whose occupants, at different times, seemed to be struggling with the speed and direction of the wind.
