Roads works...again

Two weeks ago I got stuck on the same road road adding 15 mins to my journey, no notice as to why what and when it would end.
Today it seems re-surfacing is being done on a very busy long road in Liverpool.
I took the next left East Lancs towards the M57 to get home; they need to get this all finished by next Saturday, there is a Derby match between Everton and Liverpool on that day!

Dull with sunny interludes is all I can say about to-day.
