Men in the Kitchen

I think that Mrs W has decided to use a bit of symbolism following on from my blip from Thursday and this book was thrust into my hands today. Although the book was already under my ownership I am just wondering if there is a subtle message being transmitted here.

Having started having a read, I have learned a couple of things about cuts of meat that I didn't know, although in fairness, neither did Mrs W; and she's a fantastic cook.
