The One Eared Hare

At one of the impressive entrances to the grounds of Gosford House at Longniddry the inscription on the archway reads 'Je Pense Forward' which I thought was an ok saying as long as the past and present are also considered.
Anyway, I took a photo of this archway thinking this would be my blip because a sign affixed to the same wall blatantly stated this was private property.
However, a few folk came along and said the public are permitted to walk in the grounds.

So in I went and came upon this Hare. He didn't cotton on to my presence for this shot but as I stealthily moved to a better vantage point the blighter hared off without a by-your-leave.
