Hove - actually!

We went to Brighton & Hove today for a long walk along the seafront at Hove.

This is the first time I have walked the entire length of the promenade from where Brighton meets Hove right along the seafront until you reach Shoreham Harbour. The weather was amazingly good for late September and we even stopped for ice cream at Marroco's (famed for its homemade Italian ice cream). As you can see from the warning notice, there are many do's and don'ts (Hove has a lot of by-laws) but the gist of it is; don't cycle, don't let your dog off the lead, don't let your dog foul etc etc as 'failure to comply' will cost you £500. At least they show they care as in small writing at the bottom they do warn of the need to cover up in the sun with suncream, hat etc
