Mystery man

We're not sure about this chap, though we can obviously narrow it down to one or two folk. Sprog says it is Jesus, but I'm not convinced - he just doesn't look much like a humble Jewish carpenter to me. I thought perhaps an artist's impression of God, which leaves it fairly open, since according to some Christian discipline, man was made in the image of god, and I've got a beard, so that's possible, isn't it. Either way, I love a bit of irreverence.
Michael suggested I take the shot with the 'Give Way' sign in the background - maybe they moved the statue when they introduced road signs to Ilkley, and no longer needed this chap for point duty. But too late - I'd already grabbed him for Friday.
