Heres a quick radical solution to the so called social problem of teenagers getting drunk on cheap booze, don't blame the children, don't blame the parents....

Stop selling it in the feckin supermarkets, grocery stores and newsagents.

The only place i remember anyone being able to buy booze was in the local off licence or the pub, both of which kept strict licensing hours, didn't seem to be a problem then,

if you were really brave and ignored the free market economy and really wanted to make a difference as a government (of any colour), you'd go for it, might even bring the pub trade back.......
