Lazy Sunday

This was took yesterday so technically a cheat and I didnt take it. It's the exact moment I tore my shoulder. It's pretty wrecked up. Managed to play for 50 mins with it after but the pain was too much and my arm was numb.

With starting a new job in 2 weeks and needing to lift stuff and climb about boats it will prob see to the end of my rugby season. The pain I could manage and play through but the risk of not being able to work, especially in my 6 months probation period is too much of a risk. Although when next sat comes it might be a different story.

Great relaxed hangover day today. A dog walk and a day of sky tv catch up on the sofa. X factor, glee and rugby.
