Apple Crisp

This was the sweetness that ended my day.

I had a bunch of apples that were on their way out so I decided to enjoy them before they were no good.

This delicacy was about 1/2 hour of prep... and 1 hour of tempting, teasing, cinnamon scented goodness.

It was well worth the wait. A little cool whip and a bowl of this stuff and my day felt complete.
