San Xavier Mission

We made a quick trip to Tucson this weekend to attend a fellow campers party with friends we've not seen in three years. Most are retired now and have moved on to other activities. On the way back we stopped at this mission which is a favorite with tourists and photographers. Ansel Adams shot many images here, mostly black and white. I've shot here before however today we had clouds. This would have sounded odd to me years ago before moving West. This is the side chapel on the west side of the often photographed main chapel.
