Kite flying

A wonderful day today. An early start and into town, we popped to church to light a candle for Andrea's Dad and then went to the market to stroll and browse. The sun was shining and I got carried away buying gourmet scoff, we had a cuppa in the sun (highlight!) and then bought some more stuff before cycling home.

One of the things we bought was a kite as we planned to fly one in the afternoon. A lovely string of unplanned events which involved cards and flowers ended up in us flying the kite with Natalia and her Mum and having home made pizza for tea. All four of us were like little kids (with only one of us with a valid excuse!) and had a great time on Gog Ma Gog Down in the sun (and wind!).
