Bara brith

I made a Bara brith using a recipe my friend's Aunt gave her when we were very young. I've made it ever since but she never has. I've seen it called Welsh Brack and various other local names but it's all pretty much the same everywhere. It involves soaking the fruit in cold tea. I recently found out it tastes just as good halving the sugar which is better for our figures!
