Libby takes the trophies

This is a picture of Libby winning the UKA (United Kingdom Alliance) 2011 scholarships, 8 year old category for modern dance. She is also pictured here winning the 8 year old category for tap and she's pictured here again for coming 2nd place in the ballet category. I, on the other hand, am pictured here having danced all the way to the semi-final rounds and having then been knocked out before the medals. As you can see, I was a little fed up (happy for my sister, but fed up) and decided to read the Sunday paper instead!

I do love going to Blackpool each year to compete individually against many other dance schools from the UK. I'm hoping that I will share a little of Libby's luck next year.
