I spent today taking photos of birds of prey, mainly golden eagles. This is Cuddles, a female golden eagle from Rosliston Forestry Centre.

They are magnificent birds, quite intimidating in fact. I was petrified of holding her at arms length (but I did) and yet I was quite happy to sit on the floor as she was set free to fly pretty much straight at me.
