The customer is always right

Goodness, what a fright in the not-particularly-local-but-at-least it's-not-tesco supermarket tonight. Somehow I must have lost 4 weeks of my life, I could have sworn it was only the end of September, but from this display of tat it would appear to be the end of October already.

"Surely there's now enough Hallowe'en decorations now in the world? And the shops don't need to sell any more" I said (in my head) to the staff in the not-tesco supermarket.

Customers aren't always right.
