Meet our neighbor's cat, Luc. He is lounging in a planter on our deck. It is supposed to be growing carrots. Time and time again, I see decent sprouts forming, but then a couple days later, they are gone. I thought I was just terrible at growing carrots. Now I know who's really to blame...
