ME

This is properly the scarcest self-portrait that I have ever done.

After a very difficult month, I felt the need show myself.

I went for a general women's health checkup at the end of August. The results come back- abnormal. Second lot of tests, this time a bit more profound, in both senses. -abnormal. They found lumps and bumps that should not be there.

This coincided with us having no internet, I had no communication with the world and just wanted to sit in a darken room. I felt cut off and couldn't stop all the negative thoughts.


Then came the scary "this maybe cancer" tests. They firtled around, cut a bit off, blasted it and made me wait a week.

The results came back yesterday. One big fat negative.

So this is me, rolls of fat, cellulite and cancer free ME.
