See me? I'm an icon so I am!

If you know Glasgow, you'll know that its great icon is the irreverently traffic-cone-hatted Duke of Wellington, outside the Gallery of Modern Art. It has become the duty of the large student population to keep the bunnet on the Duke and the tourists happy!

After years of trying to prevent this by the Polis and assorted jobsworths, there came the realisation that this iconic image should be milked as we previously milked Mr Happy!

So popular is the image it is now appearing on a huge hoarding erected opposite GOMA to conceal some building works.

Welly seems happy. However, some young potential LLb or BSc needs to get the old guy a cleaner hat!
