Saw the weather forecast on the telly last night had to resist the urge to lob my shoe at it when the smug weather forecaster (they're always smug. Smirkingly Smug! I'm sure it must be on the list of key qualities in the job description!) informed me that the UK will be basking in sunshine and unseasonably warm temperatures this week.....everywhere that is, apart from where I am!

Well you can keep your blue skies and your warm sunshine....that is SO last season!

Dark mornings, grey skies, drizzly rain and cooler temperatures are this season's MUST haves my darlings, so you lot south of the border are embarrassingly out of fashion...whilst I am on trend!!! *tosses hair over shoulder and sticks nose in the air

Now please excuse me whilst I go steep my chillblains and get the snow tyres on the car.
