The Fox

The fox is part of a sculpture carved out of the old Cedar of Lebanon, which stood next to Walton Hall in the grounds of the Open University. This enormous and beautiful Cedar was around 300 years but, tragically, it died when it became infested with Cedar mites.
The tree had to be cut down but the trunk remains and was carved into a series of reliefs by the sculptor, Tom Harvey
