Hope Springs Eternal

The changing seasons spells the dormant season for this climbing rose, growing in a neighbors garden. But, not knowing this, this bud is going to burst forth for a glorious late September display. We are going to have warmer days for a short period, and this guy will love that. As will the rest of us.
