This one is in Tolbooth Wynd in Leith.

Whatever happened to Beldam Asbestos Co Ltd? Why did they go into the business with Auto Klean (Trainers?)( Brainers?)( Strainers?)(Morainers?) Maybe they just clubbed in and got the door painted at the same time? Maybe Beldam Asbestos kleaned up the asbestos then Auto Klean kleaned their trainers (or strainers) afterwards? Did they both go out of business at the same time? Or did they just move to new premises elsewhere? Who lives there now or is there just empty rooms behind that door? Why don't I shut up?

Having just googled it, I have found a page all about Beldam (who were indeed in business with Auto Klean). I was also delighted to find that there is an Asbestos group on flickr. Who'd a thunk it?
