Late sunshine on one of my favourites

They have flowered since April and will be happy until the first frosts.

We have emptied the nesting box today, but the contents didn't make for a good blip. The nest was made from the green material which lined my hanging baskets (thought that's where it had gone) and contained one little body with feathers.

We started with 8 eggs which hatched and 3 babies who safely flew the nest.
Looking forward to next year to watch the progress on the TV.
