Erev Rosh Hashana

Tonight is New Years Eve in the Jewish calendar. As a way to see the new year in, plates of apples will be adorning the tables of Jewish families around the world, with dishes of honey. People will dip pieces of apple into the honey and wish each other a good and sweet New Year.
