Changeover.

My colleague recently taught me the concept of first world problems. Which I've been savoring since and I love it.

While I was pondering about some changes we have in our family jobwise and what they mean, practically and emotionally, it appeared to me that we tend to problematize change. There is a good amount of management literature under name "change management"? We "manage" change, "cope" with change, or "deal" with change.

"Someone would love to have my problems" :)
