Well Tyred

Been out tonight for a ride on my bike for the first time in about a month. It was also the first time I had tried out the spd pedals and shoes and glad to say I managed ok. Feel well afterwards and did just short of 20km in about 55 minutes.

Thought I would do a bike related blip because of my ride so here is a part of my front wheel and tyre. I may change the tyres for the new year but that's a while off yet. The very eagle eyed among you will have noticed that the spokes are flat/bladed instead of a normal round profile. This helps with aerodynamics.
