Reflections

As I said yesterday, the Hydro was an early 19th century phenomenon and at one time there were 9000 up and down the country. Not many survive and the ones that have are today significant and well-appointed hotels.

Consultation almost done. I was reflecting to myself that in the nature of organization if you set up processes to discuss the colour that the drain pipes should be painted, then you can avoid discussing the state of the roof! This, you will understand is a metaphor and a criticism.
